Is there a free trial?
We're in early access — not running a self-serve free trial at this stage. Each application is reviewed personally and early access members get full platform access with dedicated onboarding. Apply and we'll schedule a call within 24 hours.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing period. There's no lock-in and no penalty for changing plans. If you need a plan between what's listed, contact us — we can configure something custom.
What counts as a 'user'?
A user is any person with a Kairos login: analysts, associates, directors, VPs, legal, finance — anyone on the deal team. Read-only advisors and external counsel can be added as viewers at no additional cost on Deal Team and Firm plans.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
No. Implementation, onboarding, and training are included in every plan. We connect to your existing tools as part of onboarding — there's no separate services engagement required.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Contact us during your early access call to lock in annual pricing.
